and I am so happy to be part of Wrigley’s Extra Sugarfree
Gum EDC Campaign. This campaign has started in 2016 and I think it is worth to
be shared with you! It’s all about easy
oral care and maintaining a healthy oral care routine. Protecting our teeth is
one of the most important parts of our hygiene. Did you know that chewing a sugar-free gum is one way to prevent teeth from
weakening and avoid plaque?

with goodies. Here’s what it looks like.

pouch. If I am not mistaken, I received five pouches and 12 pieces of chewing
gums but I have decided to share it with my friends. I gave them some of the
pouches with chewing gums and leaflets inside it so they can read about the
campaign and spread the words. The main goal of this campaign is to chew a sugar-free chewing gum after you eat and drink
because it helps the production of saliva which can clean the mouth from food
particles and neutralize plaque acids on the teeth. If you’re not aware, these
plaque acids can damage the teeth enamel.
your dentist regularly, brush your teeth twice a day, floss daily, and chew sugar-free gum after and eating when “on the go”.
You can do the latter as long as you carry a sugar-free
chewing gum wherever you go. Keep your breath fresh and your mouth clean!

to take good care of your oral health!
